We do not accept insurance. Not accepting insurance allows us to deliver moder, precise and compassionate care in a new light - care designed to restore your health and improve your quality of life, without being limited by insurance restrictions.
However, you may use HSA/FSA funds for visits, labs and supplements (check your plan).
For commercial (non-Medicare/Medicaid) insurance, we can provide a superbill that you may submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Unfortunately, Medicare and Medicaid do not allow reimbursement for out-of-network functional medicine visits, so super-bills cannot be provided for those plans.

In short, no. We provide functional & aesthetic care that complements your overall health, but we do not replace your primary care provider (PCP). Your PCP is essential for routine screenings, urgent conditions and ongoing management of conditions that require regular monitoring within traditional medicine.
Your safety is our highest priority. While we focus on personalized, root-cause health, there may be times when further evaluation is needed. In these cases, we may refer you to your PCP or an appropriate specialist to help rule out any urgent concerns or to arrange additional testing, such as CT imaging, ultrasounds or other diagnostic studies. This ensures you receive comprehensive care and that all aspects of your health are fully addressed.

Initial Consult
Start with a Comprehensive Initial Consult or Focused Concerns Visit, conducted via telehealth or phone. We review your health history, symptoms, and lifestyle to uncover the root causes of your concerns.Labs Through Rupa Health
If testing is recommended, labs are ordered through Rupa Health, a patient-direct lab service. You choose your collection location or use at-home kits, and labs are billed separately so you only pay for what you need.Lab Review & Follow-Up
Once results are in (usually 1–2 weeks), we schedule a follow-up visit to review your labs, discuss results, and adjust your personalized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle plan as needed.Ongoing Care
After your initial consult and lab review, you can continue care with follow-ups or monthly membership options for ongoing guidance, lab review, and supplement support.
